LegacyBloom Helps Local Organization Secure Grant to Expand Triathlon Training Program for Women
LegacyBloom had the privilege of partnering with the Tri It For Life (TIFL) Huntersville Chapter to help them achieve a major milestone—submitting their first corporate grant application. Our collaboration began with a deep dive into TIFL’s mission, vision, and goals, allowing us to craft a tailored grant strategy that would secure funding to expand their women’s triathlon training program.
Working closely with TIFL Huntersville’s leadership, we supported the development of a compelling grant narrative that told the story of their program’s impact. We also created a comprehensive logic model that outlined the structure, goals, and outcomes of the program, alongside an MEI (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Implementation) plan to ensure long-term success and accountability.
Our efforts paid off when TIFL was awarded the grant, providing them with the financial resources needed to grow their program and empower even more women in the community to take on the challenge of triathlon training. This achievement marks a significant step forward in TIFL’s mission, and we are proud to have been part of their journey. By working together, LegacyBloom and TIFL were able to open new doors for women in the Huntersville area, helping them unlock their potential through the transformative power of sport.

LegacyBloom Partners with Evolutionary Aquatics to Develop a Strategic Framework for Growth
LegacyBloom had the pleasure of collaborating with Evolutionary Aquatics (EA) to develop a comprehensive logic model for their programs. Recognizing the importance of a clear framework for program success, we worked closely with EA to outline the structure, goals, and measurable outcomes of their aquatic programs. Through a collaborative process, we helped EA craft a logic model that not only supported their funding need but also provided a strategic blueprint for future program development.
This model will serve as a guiding tool for EA, enabling them to drive program success, assess impact, and ensure sustainable growth as they continue to serve their community. As a result of our partnership, Evolutionary Aquatics now has a solid foundation for program planning and evaluation, ensuring they are equipped to make a lasting impact in the years to come.
